our story

To be better tomorrow, we have to be different today

our values

our mission

“Creating value through player-focused coaches.”

PLAYER-FIRST

Sport is first and foremost about athletes, pursuing their goals. The role of coaches and parents is to be the back-seat driver and offer guidance and support, to empower athletes to make the right choices.

A player-first approach encourages the coaches and parents to focus on the players’ needs before their wants.

ACCESSIBLE & INCLUSIVE

Sport provides a positive environment for all, to develop their physical literacy, lifelong friendships and self-esteem. This should not be restrained by program memberships, but open and accessible through coach training and understanding of adaptive programming.

Does your sporting programs embrace an all-abilities approach to delivery?

PROCESS BEFORE OUTCOME

Sports are measured by performance outcomes and so much focus is placed on achieving the outcome before the process. By focusing on the athletic needs of development, coaches enhance the likelihood of athlete retention and positive outcomes.

our logo

The Clubb Sport logo depicts two arrows pursuing an upward trajectory reflecting athletic performance often expressed by arrows on a tactic board.

  • The first arrow is red; symbolizing the pressure and intensity required in pursuing a sporting performance.

  • The blue reflects the need for a calm and controlled mental approach to performance execution.

One should not be prioritized apart from the other; but in tandem they enhance the pursuit of both individual and team sporting goals.
